Congrats, you got a good'en. My buddy and I have a saying: "May = Old Birds". Our May kills over the years have typically produced some of our best spurred turkeys, say 1 1/8" to 1 1/2". Not always, but more often than not for the places we frequent. Congrats again on your bird.
