Not much of a wt fan though. By not much I mean I only drink it in copious amounts when someone else is buying. I prefer blantons, basil Hayden, or benchmark and Jim beam black for lower end.
Had some of the later Friday night at a country concert in Lexington after tagging out that morning. Goal here is to always be tagged out by derby week.

I buy a couple of bottles of good stuff each Fall along the lines of Blantons, George T Stagg, Bookers, Noah Mills, but I have found WT to be the best bang for your buck when you're in the $18-$22 per bottle range. I definitely like it better than Makers Mark which, at twice the cost, is only aged to the state minimum. I also really like Wild Turkey Rare Breed. I seldom order high end Bourbons out at bars, though as its just too expensive. Its kind of like the Miller High Life of bourbon: the price is right is its actually a good product.
