It seems like half the days they are doing what I would expect this time of year and helf the days they are not. One day I think it's over, they're done and the next they are gobbling their heads off, strutting while following hens around, etc. Even though it's been a tough season for me kill wise, I don't buy into the stuff that they were done before season opened and all that. I've hunted all over west and middle TN and some days they are right on schedule. Yesterday in middle TN they gobbled their heads off all morning. Like the rest of my season, I just couldn't get one inside 50 or didn't have a shot when he was.

Yes normal for me besides the early green up caused pattern shifting earlier than normal.
