Yep,got him mounted on a limb in a half strut. Good way to see the spurs. IMO, that is the best mount to showcase the spurs. Mount looks great. Who mounted him, John Beard at Birds Only?

It was mounted by a taxidermist that lived near Parsons or Henderson. At the moment I can't remember his name, but short afterwards he opened a sporting goods store in Parsons. I don't think it made it.

There are some dang good spurs on here boys!
My Indiana bird this year didn't have the longest spurs I've killed but it had the sharpest and the blackest. I had never killed a bird with pure black spurs before.

He is on my lease in Decatur Co. His Taxidermy skills have come a long way Your mount looks 100 x better than the one he did for me
