and I thought I was a "serious" Squirrel hunter for going out of my way to find Fox squirrels....
Also, let me say that the commenters on the article are a sad bunch of haters.

cool, really doesn't interest me as far as trying it myself but it is pretty cool
I don't think it could be done by anyone except a biologists. -some of those species are protected.

Which raises another question. It states that he is the "small game biologists" for the state of AZ. Does TN have a dedicated "small game" biologists?

At $125 a mount, he has a nice little investment there on the wall.
I read some of the comments. Wow! And this was in Field & Stream, supposedly fellow hunters. Ugly bunch posting on that website.

That was a terrific article. What he accomplished took knowledge, perseverence, skill, and an understanding wife. I'd rather read that article than watch another 160" deer get blasted under a corn feeder on TV. That takes none of the above mentioned attributes, just money.

Cool deal, I liked the article and commend him for pursuing what he truly cherishes. The haters are too funny. They need to get a life and congratulate the young man rather than b!%ch and moan about why he didn't do it their way or that their wife would never allow that.
