As far as I am concerned, you can babble on here all you want or need to. You have to have some way to release the pressure and I, for one, feel honored that you trust us enough to share your struggles and your joys with. I am praying for Matthew and your family. Thank you all !!
Today has been tough.... we're scared to death of this "new" issue likely requiring yet another surgery AND the low grade fevers.. Anyway, God knew we were had more than we could handle - so we handed some of it back over to him.. My 16 yr old and his GF, who by the way is the sweetest Christian young lady I may have ever met - showed up here instead of going out and watched movies, talked Matthew into eating a TON of cheese sticks and pizza (biggest meal he's eaten in 13 or so days) and just spent a lot of time talking and cutting up with Matthew.. It changed his whole demeanor AND they are planning a big movie night for him for tomorrow night too! Thank God for sending these reinforcements as his tears, fever and the worries had all but gotten the best of us today and when God heard us say that - he sent help.... We still have a long way to go but every day I learn more and more about trusting God and being ever so thankful for my prayer warriors on TnDeer and everywhere else!!!
