heat gun from Harbor Freight. Runs about $20, or you can try a hair blow dryer.
Heat it up good...real good, and it should peel off.

Most of your auto paint and body supply shops carry rubber wheels that fit on your drill for that purpose. They're made out of rubber similar to pencil erasers. They work amazingly for removing pretty much any type of decal without damaging the paint surface below the decal.

You can take them off like said with heat and a single edge razor blade. Just be real careful not to cut the paint under. More than likely the imprint will still remain after the decals are gone. The glue on them has a way of getting into the paint and never coming out. Have even stripped to bare metal and the imprint will still show in the metal.

The rubber wheel works great. And the razer blade and blow drier too. I have tried all of these and depending on the type of sticker and age as to what works best. What I can tell you is that zippo lighter fluid works best for getting the remainder of the glue off after the sticker is removed. Nothing fun about getting stickers off.

Heat gun. Me and my brother took all the striping off of his '89 toyota years ago. It was a snap.

Good Blow dryer works fine. Just heat up the decal where your going to start removing it and as you start to pull it off continue to heat the decal up as you remove it. Watch if you use a heat gun as you can ruin the clear coat and paint if you heat it up to hot, use a blow dryer and you prob won't have to worry about that.
