This one is headed to the Classified section when I can get another exterior coat of paint, and some better pictures.

Framed the base of this one with 2x8's to allow the addition of some legs if the new owner so wishes.

Framed the house with 2x4's, 1/2" plywood flooring, has professional vinyl roofing material under the 30 year steel roof. Two coats of flat black on interior and 2 coats of exterior flat brown. Going to add one more core of exterior paint.

I like building these houses when I have the time. Nice solid house should last for a long time!
