Yep, Chinese.
How is an American ladder stand for hunting made in China?

Took the stand down today to move it. Noticed that the bolt heads and nuts had a light coating of rust. Through they would hold longer than a week.

Other than that, happy with it, expecially for $79. I did add one of those round "self heating" cushions to the seat yesterday morning. Made sitting for a long time much easier.

I have one and I like it...(not as fnacy as most) but, for the money it's hard to beat. Also have an older 2 man stand and another single man bought from Wal-Mart that have been up for 2 years now and are still in good shape. Bass Pro has a few nice one's right now for just a few more bucks.

I leave all my ladder stands out year round, when I put them out,I take a can of spray paint and paint all the nuts and bolts to prevent rust..It really helps.

Got two. I'm with the others about the skinny ladder. For the money they're good.

My best ladder stand is a Big Game model with the backrest on it. I have awoke from many deep sleeps in that one.

I can see leaving them out there.
Moving this one this morning was a royal PITA. But once up and strapped down, very stable.

A friend of mine showed me a trick to prevent rust. I sprayed a layer of rubberized undercoat on it. It gives some extra grip, and the color is almost the same as a tree. It took three or four cans for a good coat. Of course, then someone took my stand.

I have 2 also. Both are 4 years old and stay out year round. I check bolts every year. I hate the ladder, but like it has been said.....ya can't beat the price.
