If anyone does get this...I recommend replacing the thing rope they give you for tieing the stand to the tree...its really thin, and think it would be more beneficial to get some thicker rope or better yet some ratchet straps

Mine came with rachet straps for the tree. Guess they changed that.
I also put 3 inch wide carry straps on it for much better comfort on longer carrys into the woods.
You might also put some dowel rods into the base of the ladder to keep the dirt out of there. It's not critical, but it's just a nice touch so that as the dirt dries out it doesn't fall out all in your truck or garage.

Just ordered one myself. That company, Blaine's Farm and Fleet seems very good to deal with. Looking forward to trying it out.

yes...they were no issue to deal with...I got my stand just a couple days later after I ordered. We used our stands this past weekend. They were easy to put together and up...not the lightest thing to hike with on your back, but they worked.

A lot lighter than most ladder stands, though. That's what attracted me. Did you find the height sufficient for your purposes?

Well I am new to deer hunting, but at first it seemed taller than 13' but I was able to sit in it comfortably for a few hours.

Here's a tip...if you are going to sit all day on that stand, you might want to take a lightweight cushion to put on the seat.

Any other reviews on this. Has anyone used it any more this season. I'm really having a hard time deciding on this or a climbing stand. Thanks.

I have used it a few times now...havent had any issues, and my gf and I both have put in hours on them..she can even throw it together and tear it down herself.
