Fallow Deer Legal??

The neighboring landowner has an 8 foot high net wire fence surrounding his 500 acres. He has several fallow deer that he has been raising for a few years. Several have gotten out and are on my farm quite regularly. He lives out of town and won't return my phone calls. My whitetail sightings have become almost non-existant since the fallow deer have been out. Can I legally shoot these fallow deer on my farm??

There is not a legal season for them, so under TWRA regulations the answer would be no.

It basically is the same as if you had cows on your property. Check with the Dept. of Ag and see what their regulations are and if they have recommendations.
If your neighbor is a permitted big game shooting preserve contact the TWRA LE Div. at 615-781-6580 and give them the location so they can get in contact with the preserve operator about the escaped animals.
If it isn't a permitted shooting preserve, then it isn't in TWRA's jurisdiction.
