My wife and I have already began planning our next trip to the Yellowstone area and we just got back Friday....lol. We enjoyed it that much.
I am looking to buy a good spotting scope. Any suggestions on quality vs price.....
any and all advice will be very appreciated.
Watching a grizzly eating a downed bison through a spotting scope was so very cool. If I only had my own and not using someone's that was there at the time, would have made it even more cool...
I intend to have one before we go back.....

Go look at some at BPS, Cabelas or whatever and then buy the one you like at opticsplanet.com or binoculars.com. Much cheaper.

Also, if you take a lot of pictures, consider one that will take an adapter for a SLR camera body and use the spotting scope as a lens. That will be my next set up to go with when we upgrade cameras.
