Man, what's up with people these days?
Do you think Catoosa will open for the quota hunt, or would it even be a wise idea to take your vehicle in there?

Flattening tires and puncturing boots/feet. Not TWRA, but that is the only uses I've ever seen things like that used for.

its not an offroad festival its state-managed hunting land. Some people really don't have a lick of sense

It isn't "public land" It's Wildlife Management Area, which requires a Wildlife Management Area permit to enter, and any and all posted regulations to be followed. If the free hunting guide or a sign there says "No ATVs" then it's the same as "No Loitering" or "Do Not Pass." And everyone's paid taxes at some point in their life - I think it's B.S. that I can't drive between 11pm and 6am even though I've given right near $800 to the gov't in income tax alone, but I don't do it, because it's against the law. Same with taking my ZJ on the trails in Cheatham or Yanahli: It's illegal. Paying taxes isn't an excuse to break the law.

Same with taking my ZJ on the trails in Cheatham or Yanahli: It's illegal. Paying taxes isn't an excuse to break the law. Well now we see why hunting licenses are not selling in TN. The non hunting trail riders should have to buy a permit for riding on all WMA and park and forest land then they will be forced to pay their share of keeping our Tennessee WMAs going , some people think they should have a free ride .

Ultimately, its TWRA call, no matter if we agree or not. Changing people on the board wont change that.

Ultimately, its TWRA call, no matter if we agree or not. Changing people on the board wont change that. TWRA doesn't make the laws, they only enforce them. I believe the state legislature or the TWRC has the final say so on any laws.
