"Backhoe Joes" that's what I call them. I get a few every so often that come in from Kentucky that don't understand the CallB4Udig law.

Thing is about these guys-They Never Called. There is not a stripe{orange, green} to be found anywhere around the building. I was eavesdropping when the MissUtility and Consolidated Utilities guys come in. They both were shaking their heads sideways while talking to gas & fire officials saying "we never got a call". Dude on the backhoe had a 10' long by 6' deep trench dug out in to the street when I went out to get lunch.
