Oh yea, I thoroughly checked her out at the scene, noticing every little thing and decided that she would indeed have some whiplash, but that was about all I figured she would have, then the emt's checked her out too, put her on a board and transported her to the er....THEN I went on a tirade, telling all those flea marketers that they need to just move out a few more feet into the highway and do it right! Just make it as dangerous as possible and put themselves right in the middle of the dang road where you'd have to walk to get thru! The officers just agreed with me and said that they have to go thru this type thing every year at this time, and also agreed that they wished it'd be discontinued.
