I have always like PSE service... I had a G3 back in the 90's and I did not like the red fiber optic sights on it... (there were both red & green ones on the bow and they alternated). I called them and asked where I could buy some extra green ones to replace the red ones with... the service guy said and I quote "do not worry about buying any, we will send you some for free". Always thought that was really good customer service....
