There is no way I would rase a family in these places!

I guess the list is in regard to dollars spent on edumahcation of chillrens and Clarksville is least dollars spent on their list.
I have to wonder how their sampling was done.

I wonder if that was just state/local money. If it was just state funds used compared to student population, then they missed about $700,000 paid to the schools for military dependents. A few years ago it was around $700 per student and I am sure it has gone up since then.
