I think you've got an alien inside you.  Or your're moving it yourself.  If I am still they both do it. The entire calf will jump and crawl. It feels creepy. I am thinking aliens.  Mine do the same thing. Is this restless leg syndrome?
I have no idea. I just deal with it and keep them moving so it doesn't drive me nuts.
