I work outside, and believe me, I hate summer! same here....i dont understand why anyone would like it when its hot outside...if its cold, you can do things to warm yourself. when its hot, its just hot, you cant do anything to cool down. Its so hot, that by the time i go outside im sweating already...miserable
I'm with you on that. But my tolerance is really low.

It is too stinking hot and humid. 79 when I left for work and 97 when I got off. Ugh. There are only so many clothes you can take off before getting arrested.
I know what you mean. I tore out a wheelchair ramp starting at 9 this morning. Im about 70% finished with the new ramp. My arse will be on site at 6 am to get that sucker finished tomorrow.
I carried a water jug that holds 2 gallons. I figure I had a 1/2 gallon of ice and 1 1/2 gallons of water. It was gone by 3.
My face is chapped from drying it with a towell. I remember bushogging some properties last November thru January in insulated bibs and jacket.
I sure do miss those cold temperatures.

Getting hot and sweaty just from walking out the door is not fun. I am so glad I don't work outside. 60-80 is a perfect temp range. I could live with that.  At those temps, if I get hot it will be for a good reason.
