I thought some of you guys might be interested in this. I have the flyer and all of the contact info if anyone wants any more information on the property. I have hunted this area my whole life and it is LOADED with deer, turkey, and other wildlife.
The sale is Saturday July 23rd @ 10am at 110 Williams Hill Rd in Leoma, TN.
Sale #1 260 acres+/- in 6 tracts Sale #2 163 acres+/- in 4 tracts
From what I have read county water and electric is available on the tracts.

I just found out some more about the tracts from the auctioneer and have the tract descriptions at hand now also. I'm going to go and look it over this weekend or next week sometime before the auction. He said it was all marked off already so you could find the tracts and boundaries of each.

Keep in mind boys that the typical auctioneer in Lawrence Co. likes to sell each tract then they'll go back and try to sell it as a whole. Which ever one brings the total highest price is how they sell it.

Well of course they do. I don't know of anyone who doesn't do it that way. The auctioneer will get the max amount of money out of the property for who ever they are selling it for and IMO that is what should be done. If someone wants to buy it all as a whole then someone will have to pay to tie it all together, which raises the price of the whole piece of property.
