where is that, lake city?...  Heck you can find out who owns the truck with that plate number.  that just looks the mc d's at the interstate in lakecity...its been a while since I've been thru there tho....

100MPH tape, zip ties, and 550 cord (parachute cord), you can fix dang near anything.
