My last phone, for some reason, would NOT allow my wife to call me. Every time she called, I got a "force close" message and she got the voicemail. If anyone else called, it worked just fine. That was one dang smart phone. $\:\)$

Now if Sprint would just offer 4G service in SW TN like they have around Nashville area. I personally think it is bogus as he!! for Sprint to offer a 4G device, more costly 4G data plans but not have the 4G network in place to support these features until dead last. IMO, it is just another way for Sprint and others cell companies to make mad money from the users who have to have the latest and greatest while not offering any additional functionality/capability/better service/etc (at least not at the moment).

I believe they are but while they are looking to expand they are robbing people blind charging them for devices and services they cannot fully utilize because the Sprint 4G network does not currently offer/support 4G.

This post was by no means directed at you MD. It is directed more at the big cell phone companies and their lousy salesmen/women who push this gee whiz crap down many loyal customers' throats just to make a sale or rake in more money over the long haul. My brother in law who resides in NOLA just went through the same crap with Sprint their, thus the reason I am intimately familiar with this exact scenario.

Oh, I know, Andy. I sort of wanted to stay with AT&T, but:
1) my wife was SICK of AT&T.
2) one of my buddies said he had no problems with Sprint and sang its praises. He said AT&T would nickel and dime me for stuff I could get for free at Sprint (like the GPS).

So we switched. Other than the lack of 4G service, I can't complain so far.

I think it doesn't matter either way with these companies. I'm just looking for the screwing that's less painful. $\:D$

Otherwise, my wife and I love our smartphones! We're finding new stuff to do with it everyday. $\:\)$
