I actually did eat at the Noisy Oyster one night. Wasn't really all that hungry so I just had the aligator bites and a half dozen oysters on the half shell. It was good and then a local couple suggested that we try Hanks. They said it was the best seafood in Charleston. The night we went there we were undressed and from what I could tell from the menu we were a little under funded too so we passed. 
Might try this place next time. I was told it was very good and not as pricy as Hanks. We tried to eat there but the wait was over an hour.
