What kind of gas mileage do you guys get with the Tacoma?
Have you pulled anything with them?
i get 22-24 mpg in my 98 tacoma. pulls the boat or 4wheeler trailer with no problems. this is my 2nd toyota in the last 25 years. my '85 4runner had almost 400k miles when i traded for my tacoma in 2000 which now has 207k miles on it.i average 12-15 years with a vehicle and nothing but a toyota lasts that long. toyota for life for me. i'll never drive anything else.

 LOL @ TennBuck. Looks like you have good taste as well.
Wife would definitely question me if she knew some of the places I've taken it. Up and down pretty steep terrain at the lease, over pretty big rocks/boulders, through woods with no trail as well as creeks. It goes anywhere then drives like a sedan on the highway to boot. Only downside is the bedliner scratches pretty easy after loading a jon boat, and absorbs turkey blood too. Oh well.

The size scares me a little. I am 6'4 bout 300 pounds. I guess I just need to go drive one. Probably be the doulbe cab if I decide on Toyota.
