In my home town the qualifications now appear to be..
Age: 17-20 or 45-dead
qualifications: Stand and look lost.
Speed. 0 to 1 or don't care that this is "fast food"
Staff 1 person at front counter during rush times and let 6 stand around and do nothing..
it is a joke.
