Interesting. Most heavy coffee drinkers get severe headaches from NOT drinking coffee (withdrawal symptom).

I can remember that happening from years back when I was taking it {caffeine} in all day but now that I hardly get any it seems to have reversed.

I have quit caffeine too. I think it contributed to acid reflux. I avoid this drug in all forms.

Caffeine headaches suck - they are the worst - I'm pretty much off all as well, for a few years now - the withdrawal headaches are not worth it

Nope-calm and cool as a cucumber. Maybe the caffeine spike is raising the bp though. I have only had the headaches the days that I have had that one cup of coffee and they hit about an hour after I have it all three times.

I haven't eliminated caffeine entirely but I have moved to decaf tea and I have coffee or Coke maybe once a week. I really don't know if it changed anything but I do "feel" better. Whether it's a real change or me thinking there was a change I don't know.

I get headaches if I go long enough without it, I have quit drinking cola but still have 2 cups of coffee in the morning, that normally does me

Just for safety sake, you might want to mention this to your doctor at your next visit. Caffeine is a vasodilator, meaning it dialates blood vessels. Getting a headache from having your brain's blood vessels dialated could be a symptom of other things.

I never was a coffee drinker but I am a recovering Mt Dew addict. I have my occasional set back but I have never felt better now that I don't drink caffeine. No headaches and I actually have much more energy now that I'm caffeine free.
