got to be at UT at 2:45 for an appointment with the cancer doctor.today we find out just how bad it is,if its spread,treatment and hopefully prognosis.i am nervous to say the least.as bad as i want to know because the not knowing is killing me and im not sure i can handle bad news right now.i will deal with what ever is thrown at me because i dont have a choice in the matter but lets hope this will be an easy fix.

One of my good friends dad was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year. I think it was on his prostate  . They caught it just early enough to be able to remove it with one surgery and he's free and clear. No chemo or anything. Just check-ups every few months.

Good luck, my wife is still recovering from surgery and they got it all with no further treatment but I know the waiting thing stinks. Prayers for good news.

Been dealing, for the last couple months, with quite a few folks who have been diagnosed with several varieties of cancer. I can say this.
The ones who approach it with the attitude you seem to have, appear to me, to get better. I know for a fact, from personal experience, you fight like a dog in a wolf den as long as there is hope. I am a great deal better today than I was a year ago today but I am still fighting with everything I have.
Good thoughts for you.
