Blah, the interest levels wax and wane with ratings, dollars, and the cycle of time. Remember back in the 70s when "The Legend of Boggy Creek" movie came out? That was a huge time for such programs and "news" stories.

Then there was Harry and the Hendersons, a true masterpiece, but more believable than the previous flick.

I'm actually surprised they haven't come out with another movie. It's due.

Maybe I should get writing!

LOL, Im really surprised that so many people have such colorful imaginations. Bigfoot is about as real as the little green aliens in their spaceship!! Why in the world would anybody believe in something that has never even remotely been proved to exist?? I know many people have had some very bizzare encounters and sightings, but when examined closely their is most always an explanation. When the first one is brought in for all to see I will eat my words, but I think I will be very hungry if waiting on that to happen!

I'm not really sure about what color they are, but I definitely believe there is life on other planets. How arrogant do humans have to be to think that God only made you and/or that in all the vastness of the universe and whatever is beyond that, WE are the only intelligent life forms.

really......??

I am much more confident there is some kind of other life form in the Universe other than what is on Earth than I am there is a big unidentified Primate(or something similar)on Earth.

Winchester,

Not to start WWIII around here, but the existence of God has never been proven and The Bible is a book full of "bizarre encounters and sightings." -just sayin'
While no one has definitively proved Bigfoot exists, no one has definitely proved that it doesn't exists. We discover new life all the time. I'm not saying I am a firm believer, but there is some evidence out there, enough to make it interesting.

As for alien life, the universe is simply too vast and unexplored to make definitive statements. We do know that the foundations of life exists out in space and ice is present. Those basic elements are enough to conclude that life could potentially exists elsewhere in the universe. To dimiss the that life elsewhere exists altogether because you have yet to see definitive proof, in this case, seems to be short sighted. The lack of proof is singular in that we, the general public, lack definitive proof. The evidence for potential life elsewhere is tremendous.

No disrespect to anyone intended in my post, so don't get your panties in a wad.

Some of that evidence from the Pacific Northwest is particularly interesting, including the fact that even the Patterson footage of a female Bigfoot has not been determined to be fake. Many large primate scientists have reviewed that footage, and remain baffled, particularly as to how it could have been faked. Circumstances are frequently "suspicious", as was that old footage, but those circumstances have not ruled out the possibility this footage was of a still undocumented species.

Each new human generation seems to believe they "know it all", and there's little new left to be discovered. We've been thinking that way for thousands of years, yet we're humbled by new discoveries and new inventions ongoing.

Even within my generation, as a child, I could not conceive the idea of cellular phones and laptop computers using this internet. Go back a few more generations, and most of our modern conveniences and means of travel would have been scoffed as stupid ideas, as would the presence of a sea monster (like the giant squids recently documented, and formerly known as just "sea monsters").

But then, I remain fascinated by seeing some of the "monster" fish that are brought to light on "River Monsters". \:D
