Is it any of the governments business what people are doing, as long as it is legal?
If they are trying to bring down an industry I guess they need to put graphic pictures on big macs, beer, cars and motorcycles...

no its not their business.
everyone knows the product is bad for you. we do not need more government regulation.
its kinda like the banning canned hunts, if you let the govt get their foot in the door ,who says they will stop with that one thing.
i dont smoke and can stand to smell it but am not for banning the product.
i dont do canned hunts but am not for banning the hunts.

there was an old dennis leary bit where he said that you can paint the packages black with a skull and cross bones on them and change the name to tumors and peoples are still going to smoke'em...

If every person quit the guberment would go under as many states would. Can you imagine the taxes that woukd take off their plate and out of their budget? what the heck would they do then?

I don't think its any of the gubments business.
Warning label... fine. Let people know whats in a product, no biggie.
BUT let people make their own decisions and reap the consequences.
Smoking should be legal BUT if you want to light up and stink out other people, they should be allowed to take a dump in your shirt pocket.
That way you both run around stinking like something you would rather not.
(moron of the story... a little common sense and courtesy goes a long way. )

Would there also be a sh*tting and handling fee applied to the transaction?
