Kub does not have the option to talk to a live person in Knoxville. The automated system has my old address from 4 yrs ago and another piece of property I own , NOT my home I live in now. So I have no idea if they know my power is out. Frustrated to say the least.

we went thru that during the april tornados. couldnt let them know via automated system because our number showed old address . it was days before i could get thru to a live operator and they said we were not even on the list as being out.
