Thought I'd throw this out.....my Alma Mater is getting rid of some used dorm furniture. It's free for the taking if you're interested.
"Maurelian residence hall is getting a facelift! Used twin bed frames, desks, and dressers that are still in decent condition are available for free. If you are interested in some of this furniture, please contact Ray Karasek at rkarasek@cbu.edu to schedule a pick up."
