After a week I was glad to be back. Fished every day either on the pire, surf, and kayak. Only caught 2 sharks and a nice Blue fish from the beach but had a few break off. I did catch a few spanish mackerel and some lady fish out in the kayak, which I thought was cool until we saw about a 5' sharks fin and tail out of the water cruising when we were a couple hundred yards out. On the Gulf State Park Pier there were a few Jack fish and King Mackerel that I saw caught and I caught some more Spanish. Took my 4 year old boy out on the pier and he was catching little Pin fish one after another and had a blast. So we ate a mess of fish one night and had a good ole time. Also got a friggin ticket by an Alabama State Trooper with no amount. Looked it up online and it was $199 for doing 83 in a 70. Blount Co. speed trap. Then every time I had to slow down my son would ask dad are we getting pulled over again. We had a blast now im fixing to pay my ticket.
