Find the box I left at this stop. Normally there is a $45k Mustang Cobra in the "driveway". 
The white box with a $300 fishing pole in it that is gonna get run over by the $45k mustang.

You would be surprised at how many places I am asked to leave packages because I can't get up to peoples houses. You would be surprised at how many times people call in looking for pkgs b/c they cannot find them for the filth around their house. You would be surprised at how many times I have had to get a signature for a pkg only for the person to call in and say they didn't get the box they signed for.
IMO...your nuts to ship a big flat panel tv thru UPS, Fed Ex & USPS.
WOW, That doesn't speak well of your companies abilities, and reputation. Who trucks all those tvs to Walmart without damage, must be someone other than UPS? I can relate btw. UPS delivered my new trolling motor last week, while the wife was across the street talking to the neighbor. She watched the driver drag the box out of the truck, and drop it in the driveway, crushing the end of the box. He was too busy talking on his cell phone to care.

Wal-Mart trucks and drivers deliver the tv's to Wal-Mart.
UPS is the way to go around here as well.

Came home one day and found a note on my door from UPS, saying the package had been left at the back door. I lived in a second-floor apartment and didn't HAVE a back door. We had a balcony we never used, found it out there days later - he had to have leaned off the steps and thrown the box to get it on there.

How heavy was your trolling motor? Over 70 lbs or under? Did your wife ask him to note that the pkg was damaged in case there needed to be a claim filed?

Never had any UPS problems here. We deal with the driver personally and he's a great guy. FedEx don't seem to real personable. But..to each his own I reckon.

I've used UPS for years for shipping and deliveries, and have had one messed up shipment with them. For me, they have been a top-notch company and have give me great service.
