sorry you have had issues... however, where I am FEDEX is horrible and so far i have not had any issues with UPS... guess it just depends on where you are.

You would be surprised at how many times I have had to get a signature for a pkg only for the person to call in and say they didn't get the box they signed for.
That's funny right there.

If you don't care how or when something gets to you, by all means, use UPS or FedEx.
But if you don't want a crushed FRAGILE package with tens of thousands of dollars worth of equipment in it, to arrive later than expected (required), then hire a courier.

We have never had any problems with them here but we have the same driver everyday. He gave us his cell #.

Find the box I left at this stop. Normally there is a $45k Mustang Cobra in the "driveway".
