Here's a free cooking hint. If you're making a shrimp/rice dish that already has 4 kinds of hot peppers in it, you don't really nead to add a whole bunch of habenero hot sauce to it. I love Monk Sauce, but not in big doses.
At least I finished mine, she took about three bites and threw hers away.
