I would say pull his 5th wheel but that would just delay him and then he would be in an even bigger hurry. But you talk about pizzed when he takes off and his trl is sitting on the ground, with the landing gear cranked up. And he has to get something to pick the trl up so he can get back under it.

I would not suggest "tampering" with any of his property.
You made your point. Just have pencil, paper, and phone handy if/when he pulls this stunt again. Let the popo handle it from this point on. That will get his attention! Damaging his personal property will get him agitated, which might prompt him to do something even more stupid while behind the wheel.

If y'all read my post, I never once mentioned anything about being malicious towards his equip. That's fun topic to joke about sometimes but it ain't gonna happen I ain't down with that game.
I said my words to him, I told him he was in the wrong and reckless. I left it at that.
Beyond that I spoke with the landowner whom is actually a very good neighbor. By the way this dude is like her 3rd cousin.
I have to live with my neighbors regardless. Hopefully my point was taken.
A few beers into the ice and I'm still pissed about it abou all but nonetheless. If he wouldve run my lab over or God forbid one of my people. I'd be in handcuffs right now.
Just sayin

i think you handled it well but i would still notify the local police so maybe they will bolo.

Contact the Montgomery County Sheriffs office and see if you can find out who the deputy is responsible for that area. You might be able to get his direct number.
