Me,my dad, the wife, two dogs bout got plastered by a Freightliner-lowboy while walking the dogs this am
we live on 2 mile dead end road. There is a leased cattle operation at end of the road.
From way down the road I hear this clown gearing his way through most of his gear box. I yanked my lab, wife grabbed the beagle and my 60s something dad, we no joke "dived" into the ditch. This guy never slowed down probably doing 60mph passed us on a one lane road.
I was so pissed off. I come back put the dogs up and drove back down there.
After several heated words, 'bubba' said it was "people like us folk that shouldn't have moved down herra"
lmao, I been here on this road for 24 years. I never seen dude. He don't even own the land. His side kick had "crazy eyes" was holding a cheater bar and a piece of chain while me and chubby had words.
I told bout the posted signage 25mph-blah,blah,blah. He said some other crap that didn't make sense. Really got on my gentle spirit.
I spoke with the landowner immediately afterward. She said good ole boy has two youngins. He'd be ill too if I was go do some 1/8 mile t
test runs on his road.
Dang, some people. He never would admit he was wrong.

In the end, all I wanted him to do was understand other people, kids on bikes might be up ahead around the next blind curve. Just some future consideration and courtesy. And obey the speed limit.
Especially with something you cannot slow down in a hurry. That's what truckers always want 'car people' to understand. They cannot stop
quickly. This guy knows this but no he wanted to an arse about the whole thing.
To think, I been checking fences for this jackbutt. They border us. I might not be Johnny-nice-guy when a rotten hickory lays across his barbed wire.
He simply would Not accept he was wrong. He kept coming back with his "people like you" defense.

Technically you probably could get a wreckless driving citiation issued to him. Just talk to the Sheriffs dept. Obviously you would have to show up in court.
Depends on how mad you are about it and if you want something done.
