That's awesome.

I get about 190 every morning as I get out of bed. Wish I was only getting about 180, but I guess it'll make me stronger.

I've seen that, I hope I know my limits and whenever I get close to a max I get someone to spot me

I've been trying to lose weight, went from 317 down to 295 now and that is still way to heavy from me, I'm only 5'10" but the way I'm built I would be in pretty good shape at 240 but I've hit a wall so I figured I would try to turn the fat into muscle mass if I can't lose it

Back in the day I was into Powerlifting, but that's been years ago.

My best "official" best were

Squat 650 @ 232 lbs

Deadlift 650 @ 232 lbs

Bench 455 @ 205 lbs w/pause

Man I am a weakling today.

Wow I feel like a girly man, I work out with 515 on the leg press, squat 430 and bench 315. I just now started doing 315 on my shrugs

Awesome! That's pushing a lot of iron right there! Know your limits, you sure as he!! don't want a "blowout". \:D

I've never got into any serious power lifting, but a while back I was getting 630 on the leg press, but only like 240 on squats...I hate working on legs and haven't done them in a while so I'm sure I'm way down from those numbers now... \:D

I'm 6'1 210lbs. Down from 230 last year at this time \:\)

The only advice I can give is when you get older your joints will know you reached those goals.... Have a good surgeon on stand by... I still feel it from several yrs of lifting and playing ball. My shoulders hurt talking about it... \:\) Good luck

I work out regularly. I do three sets of 25 with 40-pounds (legs)
I do three sets of 25 with the blue band shoulders
I curl 20-pounds, three sets of 25.
I do three sets of 25, with 10-pounds situps.
And I walk 2-3 miles at a 4.3 pace.

One day, all you guys using that heavy weight are going to ask the doctor, "Is there anyway we can avoid a total joint replacement?"

I know I'll pay for it one day but I enjoy it
