My grandpa and his brother have 14 acres behind his house. He has 7 and his brother has 7 split in half. It's about 300 yards from his back yard to the back of the field. Behind that is an old railroad bed and another field about 400 yards long just past that is town. To each side of the back field there is an industrial park and a subdivision. There is probably 1/2-3/4 mile between the two.

Would it be safe to have someone bring me in a couple dump trucks of fill dirt to form a pile at the back of my grandpa's field to shoot against? His property isn't in the city limits, but one side butts against the line...

Go over to Tullahoma Utility Board and get some old pieces of electrical poles, stack them on top of each other using something like metal fence post to hold them into place. Then put a mound of dirt in front of them.
