I usually take great care of everything I own, however I forgot to clean the MZLoader last season and now my breach flug is as stuck as it can get. Any suggestions on how to pop it loose or what to spray in it to break the material down? Thanks!

Kroil works pretty well. Plug the hole, stand it up in the corner, and shoot it down the barrel. Give it a day or two to work down into the threads and break them loose.

If it's not already loaded, load it and shoot it, then try to loosen it.

I helped a buddy loosen one by applying heat from a torch. Not a lot of heat though. Of course if its loaded this ain't a good idea.

May have to get a 1/4 inch ease out that will fit in the nipple hole and fit it to a extension and ratchet give you more leverage. Put the barrel in a vise to hold it steady if you try this. That would ruin the breech plug and you would have to buy a replacement. I know a gunsmith in western Ky that will take one out for $60 but again that will ruin the plug. I believe he drills it out.

Before you go to alot of trouble, try this. It is a great product. I'm betting it will work. Assuming the gun is unloaded.
