It is not much of a secret. I didn't go to the site but did it mention the fine paid for killing rabbits in VA., the ones they were supposed to be saving?

We've been discussing this off and on on TNDeer for at least 10 years.
Gets to be a hot topic at times, and needs repeating to the masses every now and then.
