nope, not aimed at you. I stopped aiming at people quite a while ago...lol.
Just making a general statement that some people use the laws as a guideline for their morals.

Yes, but there are no game laws in NL. All of their game is nonnative. That guy could have been hunting that sheep with: slugs, buckshot, ML, centerfire of any caliber, pistol, yet he chose, for some reason to use #5 shot from a 20 gauge. Maybe just to see how many shots it would take. Not cool. Why would Hevi Shot be proud of this feat? That's like saying you brought a sheep down with a fully automatic .17 caliber rifle: "Dude, I emptied 61 rounds into him and he went down in 70 yards"

Even without game laws, some hunters would still be ethical , imo.

Yep. We live in a nanny state where people want the govt to make their decisions for them. Just because it's legal doesn't make it ethical. Common sense ain't so common anymore.
Btw, I know this didn't happen in the US but my comment refers to many American hunters.
