This one won't last long. it is a good farm, my friend has. About 20 minutes south of murfreesboro, not far from i-24. Hardwood ridges, pastures and hayfields. Lays on three rds for great accesss. Eat up with turkeys and plenty of deer. Pm me for details. Just a shade over 3 dollars an acre
