Today in Review!

After church we went to Normandy Lake and took a friend and pontoon out for a spin. We found a rope swing under a bridge and had a blast. Well my 7 year old daughter said come on dad want to do it. Well no worries we jump out swim over and commence to swinging of the kiddie rocks. $\:\)$

I go up to the big boys rocks and throw a big back flip. That's how I roll. $;\)$

My daughter follows me up which only the adults are swinging from and says let's do it. That's my girl. She does just fine and loves it. I couldn't help myself so I go up where people are jumping off the bridge and can't help but pull a huge back flip off the 25' bridge to water. Well let me say 36 is not the new 16 :0 I landed butt first which you would think would be perfect but my arse would beg different $\:\)$ I couldn't drive home and now can't lay on my back. It hurts. Oh well I gotta live!

When I bought my last Honda, they gave me a package. On the front it says in big red letters, STUPID HURTS! I try to live by that now that I have crossed the 30 year mark.

Hope you get better but I had to chuckle a little.

LOL!!! Thats funny. You probly wont be able to walk tomorrow.

Yeah wrong bridge and I had support $;\)$ Grizz. Bad thing for that boy. They said they had been swimming all day and he was tired and he jumped and couldn't swim up.
