I was really surprised at how he got dominated
I really think Shane dropping 35 lbs hurt his strength. He did not look near as strong as he has been in his last few fights. They said he was just as strong as before just lighter but if you lose 35 lbs a lot of that had to be muscle because he was not a fat person. If you loose that much muscle there is no way you will be able to fight the same as you have always fought.
When he fought Brock he was able to over power Brock and take him down and hold him down and not let him up. JDS was able to pull away from Shane with ease and Shane had no strength at all to hold on to him.

I say Shane Carwin has the heart of a champion. He took an arse whooping in the first round and came back for 10 minutes more of a beating. He could have had the fight stopped in the 3d round when Herb Dean called in the doctor but he believed he still had "one punch" left in him to KO Dos Santos.
Great job for Dos Santos.
