The "investigators" are nuts. I have no problem legitimately attempting to look into these things, but the head guy already has his mind made up and it twisting events to fit his desired result.

Agreed.
I am a bigfoot fanatic. Not saying they're real, just like all the circumstancial evidence and stories.
I used to correspond with Moneymaker several years back. He was very level headed but now, perhaps, he is trying to sell the show, I believe.
Here's a brush with sasquatch story:
My brother went hunting with a few buddies back in the 70's in KY. One buddy emptied a magazine and everyone went looking for him thinking he was injured and fired for help. The guy said he came within 10 yards of a bigfoot. My brother said he was white as a sheet and in a state of shock. The guy sweared by his story til the day he died.

The #1 think I have never understood with these shows is why do they only spend 1 or 2 days in a place looking?
With this show they always seem to hear a call or knocking or they find foot prints but yet they only spend 1 night looking for it. The last show I watched they had to people's homes that they say Bigfoot comes to there house all the time. If these guys really thought there was a Bigfoot in the area why not stay there a week or 2 or even a month thill the Bigfoot comes back. Or even just set up some trail cams or video cameras and leave them out for a year and if there really is a Bigfoot coming to these houses then they will get a pic of it!

LOL, you are correct.
Kinda like when these ghost hunters come spend one night in a house and get nothing then tell the people their house isn't haunted.
If you want to make history stay in the woods for a week or two.
