Today has just been super. I have felt great, no real pain to speak of and have been just busy enough to be happy.
Started with some quality time with my good doggie then off to workout a little, an hour at the pool, a good meeting and then home to write.
The August 3 column flowed as nicely as any I have done in a while. I had four perfect pictures to go with it and it is now "in the can" and my columns are done for July and most of August.
I have a package of bream fillets just about thawed out and figure that along with some spuds and a salad should make a good dinner.

Catchdawg, I can tell you with absolute certainty, that is not a true statement. I have had a few that I would have traded for the alternative.
