I can understand the CEO not trying to hack off a certain group of possible customers...however - why hack off the vast majority of other potential customers?

Why even get involved in a social/political issue that can adversely affect your business? Just leave well enough alone.

I like Lowes better anyway, although I try to purchase from a local mom & pop building company as much as I can.

Im glad you posted this. I used to visit the HD in Bartlett, several times on a Sunday morning. And I would say to my self. "Self, what are all these friggin Lesbos doin in here. Every time I come in here on a Sunday, there all over the place".
And ugly, I mean were talking BUTT UGLY!

HD just lost a customer.

i have no choice but to buy from them for the company i work for,i can STOP any purchase i would have made from them personly.it ended here,i will inform my coworkers of thier policys.the corporate officers would not stop buying from them for the same reasons as they listed.any time you deal with the gov you can bet your up the creek $\:\($
