Ok, well I am new to the world of hunting I guess you should say. I have hunted in the past, but never really to the length or extremes to really understand much of what I needed at a young age, other than I was going to the woods with dad. I am At 27 years old and my gf at 21...she suddenly one day she wanted to get a bow and start shooting. This convinced me that I was going to do the same. I picked up a bow last week, and she picked one up yesterday. I hope to learn lots of info on this site....

yes it already has...luckily not much for me, as I barter alot, so I got a great bow doing some trading. As for my woman, yeah she just forked over a decent amount on a new bow setup and whatnot.

Welcome! Good luck with learning the bow, you might look at the bow hunting room when you get a bit. I am sure those folks will help alot.

Thanks I appreciate it. A little bit more info:
The bow i picked up is a 04 PSE pro series scorpion and I added an apache drop away to replace my whisker biscuit yesterday.
The g/f's bow is a 2011 Bear Homewrecker.

Yeah...I saw the section...but didnt see a new member area or intro section like most boards have, so I threw it in the random / general area.
