I'll have twig see what kind his is when he gets home. It shoots great and actually came from Walmart.

I think Bass Pro sells a Remington model for less than $150. My neighbor was bragging on his the other night.

Daisy makes a single shot front loading model that they use for competitions, the Avanti. You can upgrade and add a competition level sight on it if you like. I picked up a 4-pack deal they have, which includes BBs, targets, safety curriculum, and a trap, for just under $400. The individual guns are just over $100. They have two others they use in competitions as well.
You planning on doing some fairly serious BB-gunning? Cuz a basic mass production one doesn't shoot to badly.

i have an old(metal receiver) daisy pneumatic pump that will shoot with any of the high dollar guns. it's a little slow to reload and the velocity ain't what it used to be but it's still a shooter.
